The 7th Annual A Taste of South Park returns on Saturday, September 26, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at 11th Street and Grand Avenue.

The multi-billion-dollar Los Angeles Convention Center Addition is starting to take shape!  After what has seemed an indeterminable time, construction is now moving into the above-ground stages and things are starting to get exciting! 

         More streets and sidewalk closures as work progresses on the LA Convention Center expansion.

December saw the closing of Pico between Figueroa and LA Live Way until April 2028, and the beginning of construction work mostly related to infrastructure of the LA Convention Center Expansion project. The project includes 200,000 square feet of new exhibit space, rooftop ballroom, new amenities, and modernizations. Highlights of the progress as of this date -

‍ ‍Infrastructure work has begun on the $2.8 billion remodel and expansion to the Los Angeles Convention Center as can be seen by looking behind the Convention Center off LA Live Way.

In a recent Downtown Los Angeles CRE Market Update Event hosted by Bisnow, Erewhon Chief Development officer Yuval Chiprut confirmed that, after a long search for a new Los Angeles location, they have purchased a property in South Park at 940 South Hill Street, directly across Olympic from the recently completed Olympic and Hill apartment property.
