Tuesday, November 8 is the General Election!

 

Important dates: (Plus look for articles on the Mayor’s race and races for sheriff, city attorney, and city controller.)

·      Last day to register to vote is October 24. www.registertovote.ca.gov or check to see if you are registered to vote at www.voterstatus.sos.ca.gov .

·      Last day to change address to current address is October 24 at www.registertovote.ca.gov.

·      Early voting is from October 11 to November 8.

·      Vote by mail – no stamp needed. October 10 is the deadline for mailing ballots to all registered voters.

·      Vote by taking ballot to a secure box opening on October 11 – there is a ballot box in front of LA Central Library 630 W. 5th Street.

·      Vote at Early Voting Centers on October 29. You can vote at any Vote Center! Check for a Voter Center convenient for you - https://locator.lavote.gov/locations/vc

·      Track your ballot – sign up at www.WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov.

·      Last day to Vote in-person or by mail or drop-off box is Tuesday, November 8.

·      If you do not receive a ballot in the mail or have other questions, contact voterinfo@rrcc.lacounty.gov or Registrar of Voters: (800) 815-2666.
