SPNA Volunteers Gather at The Wine Station
With the start of a new year, South Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) hosted an evening for new volunteers at The Wine Station on Hope at 12th Street. SPNA is an all-volunteer organization. With no paid staff, SPNA hosts events, supports local businesses, and advocates for the neighborhood through the work of volunteers.
Would you be interested in volunteering? Volunteers decide on what they would like to help with and how much time they can offer. Below is a list of committees and specifics under each committee. You can sign up for a committee or committees or just a specific task such as writing for the monthly newsletter The South Park Scene, becoming a building captain, helping with voter registration, working on a specific social event, updating the website, growing followers on social media, or proposing a task you are interested in performing.
Our community has a wealth of experience, knowledge, and interests which, when pooled together, generate a vibrant, strong, and prosperous neighborhood. Join us as we make our neighborhood a place where we want to stay.
