FitPals Holds Big Dog Event at Toastique DTLA!

‍ ‍Local dog walking/training service FitPals LA (https://www.fitpalsla.com) held a huge neighborhood dog walking event and breakfast at Toastique several Sundays ago. The community dog walk, a monthly event held on Saturdays at local sponsors’ establishments, brings dogs and their owners together for a guided hike through DTLA to a location where participants are treated to a brief training session and then a return trip to enjoy a great breakfast. The June event featured a meet-up at Toastique on Olympic and Olive and a trek to the wide-open expanses of LA Live for the training session, then back to Toastique to enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast and lots of swag.  Everyone (at least 50 dogs and their owners) enjoyed the event immensely!

FitPalsLA and the DTLA Dog Walking Club, owned and operated by Janriel Lobaton and his partner, Alexandra Nagy, has been serving the entire DTLA downtown neighborhood since 2018. Their mission is to provide structured, expert dog walking and training that has a positive effect on your dog’s behavior and joy, resulting in a stronger pet community.

One of their most effective tools is monthly community dog walks similar to this month’s Toastique event.  Next month’s community dog walk titled “Stars, Stripes, and Struts” will start at Boychic Bagles in the Bradbury Building, 304 S. Broadway, DTLA. If you and your pooch/pooches would like to attend the July 11 event, you must register at info@fitpalsla.com beforehand. These monthly community dog walks are a great way to socialize – for both dogs and their humans!
