A Glorious Day in The Neighborhood Includes, Battle of the Bites Winner at A Taste of South Park

For the second year, A Taste of South Park held a competition for the BEST Restaurant/Bar Experience, with attendees casting votes.

This year, all 16 restaurants and bars received votes, and….. drumroll….

Cara Cara at the Proper Hotel on Broadway and 11th took first place with 18% of the total.

The top five were Cara Cara, El Cholo at Flower and 11th, Good Clean Fun on Olive and 9th, Inanna at the Hoxton at Broadway and 11th, and Prank Bar at Hope and 11th. 

Justin Kormann was the first to complete his punch card by trying items from all 16 venues plus four drinks. His favorites included Simply Salad, El Cholo’s chimichanga, a drink from Prank Bar, and Michoacana’s ice cream. Justin clearly enjoyed a full day at the event. 

Come back next year and enjoy the “Justin experience.”
