5th Annual Howl-O-Ween Event was a Howling Success!

First Draft Taproom and Kitchen in South Park was the site of the 5th Annual Howl-O-Ween event – one of South Park’s favorite yearly celebrations.  This year, over 150 dogs and their proud owners signed up with Eventbrite to parade their very best Halloween attire.

It is evident that as many dogs as people populate our popular neighborhood and our four-legged friends enjoy and sometimes endure the attentions of their humans.  There were shy dogs, affable dogs, spooky dogs, and flying dogs, scary dogs and several Pope impersonators. In addition, we all enjoyed a visit from the South Park/Social District mascot Pico! It was amazing that so many different personalities – both canine and human – got along without one snarl or howl!

Everyone loved the food and drink offerings at First Draft, including the special doggie menu offered for the day.  Mikie and his staff at First Draft did a masterful job of making sure everyone was happy and well served.

Thanks to our contest judges:
