Summer Solstice Night Out June 20th at The Mayan

SPNA is ecstatic to announce a Mid-Summer Solstice Night Out Event at the iconic Mayan Club and Theatre (on Hill between 11th and Olympic) on Thursday, June 20 starting at 7 pm. Save the date! Details to follow.

The Mayan was built in 1927 and many of the original design elements are still maintained and in use today (check out the feature article on the Mayan in the April SPNA newsletter). Come and admire the workmanship, be inspired by the details, and enjoy the venue. Tours and stories about the history of the theater will be led by docents from The L.A. Conservancy. In addition to socializing with your neighbors and making new friends, there will be a no host bar, DJ music, food, and raffles.

This will be an event that you will not want to miss! Be on the lookout for emails from SPNA with further details and Eventbrite signups and more in the June SPNA newsletter.

If you are interested in being on the committee for this incredible event, please email spnadtla@gmail.com.

I strongly suggest you add to your calendar now. You will thank me later.
